(no subject)

I need some help, please.

Currently I'm working on a paper that has the subject 'Women, Abjection and Horror' and it's about the portrayal of women in horror movies and the castration-fear men often project on them in those movies. Have I lost you yet?

Now the question: Can anyone help me with some examples from horror movies? Cause I can only think of the ones already mentioned in class and I'm having a complete brain-fart (not to mention: a looming deadline).

Basically I need examples of horror movies where the female is the victim, slaughtered by men OR where the female is the one who's doing the killing (of men).

Any ideas?

If I finish my paper in time today I might YouTube some of the clips I can remember from The Greatest Class I Ever Took ;)
