Oct. 30th, 2008 03:29 pmDear Londoners (or people in the area),
Go visit the Babylon exhibition that opens in the British Museum on November 13 (info). I saw this one in Berlin and it's amazing. Truly. One of the best exhibitions I've ever seen.
They had this amazing book about it as well, but only in German so I didn't buy it, since I can read German very well, but not really the scientific German used in that book. But I just saw that the British Museum has an online shop, so I'll definitely buy that one if they have it.
Seriously. The whole Babylon civilization is fantastic. The dragon on the wall alone is worth going to see this.
And if you go: do tell what you thought of it ;)

Jul. 11th, 2008 09:54 pmYou are an idiot.
No love,
Paulien
Seriously. If you can think you can fool the doping people with EPO you are a very stupid man.
Oh, and while I'm at it:
Dear Cadel Evans,
You are probably the most consistent cyclist in the entire tour. And when the winning streak of the Spaniards stops working you will probably win this Tour. Now PLEASE stop being the most boring cyclist ever (okay, second most boring... no-one can beat Leipheimer). You are GOOD. ATTACK, DAMMIT! Don't sneak around and calculate to win, but actually DO SOMETHING.
No love either,
Paulien
